The Villages at Curtis Park is located in RiNo, one of Denver's most historic city neighborhoods. Just north of Downtown Denver, Curtis Park remains one of the center city's most accessible neighborhoods for Downtown workers and shoppers. In addition to being surrounded by some of the best entertainment, dining and shopping in Denver, we are also very conveniently located to many of the city's Sports Venues, Parks, Historic Landmarks, or prestigious Government buildings and Colleges.

With a leisurely stroll down the tree lined streets you can hop on the RTD and within minutes attend a Major League Baseball game at Coors Field to cheer on our very own Rockies as they "run for home!"

One of Curtis Parks newest and "hippest" neighbors here on the north side of the city is the River North Arts District, or RiNo. A short walk just up the street, this welcome addition to our neighborhood is along a lovely promenade adjacent to the South Platte River bike path and the new RiNo Park. A haven for arts and artists you will find a remarkable concentration of creative businesses, architects, art galleries, ceramicists, designers, furniture makers, illustrators, authors, wineries, micro breweries, urban agriculture, painters, media and performance artists, sculptors, photographers, and artistic studio spaces. While exploring the district you can stop in at one of their specialty coffee shops, take in a movie, or enjoy a concert and possibly one the fine cultural events offered by the district association.

For those seeking higher education, the University of Colorado Denver’s downtown campus would make an easy, yet scenic, commute to classes, lectures, events and seminars, and allow you to bask in the knowledge of one of America's most prestigious institutes of scholars and higher learning.

With it's history, culture, charm and convenience, Curtis Park is just one of those communities that makes the little things in life just that much better for you, your family, and your friends. Your new neighbors are ready to welcome you to our friendly little corner of the world.
